Acceptance Testing Contact Information

The Arizona Rock Products Association and its members constantly aim for improved and accessible communication. The Acceptance Testing Contact Information sheets were created by the Concrete Technical & Educational committee to ensure communication between ready mix concrete producers and testing labs is available during the process of distributing concrete testing results.

From ACI 318-19, Section 26.12.1.1.f

(f) All reports of acceptance tests shall be provided to the licensed design professional, contractor, concrete producer, and, if requested, to the owner and the building official.

From ACI 301-20

1.7.3.2(c) Owner’s testing agency will report test and inspection results of Work to Owner, Architect/Engineer, Contractor, and concrete supplier within 7 days after tests and inspections are performed. Strength test reports will include location in Work where concrete represented by each strength test was deposited, date and time sample was obtained, and batch ticket number. Strength test reports will include information on storage and curing of specimens before testing.

From ASTM C94-22a section 6.8

6.8 The purchaser shall ensure that the manufacturer is provided copies of all reports of tests performed on concrete samples taken to determine compliance with specification requirements. Reports shall be provided on a timely basis.
