ARPA members assisted with the installation of three desperately needed playgrounds at Solano Elementary School in the Osborn School District. The school is located at the corner of 15th Avenue and Missouri.
Solano School’s existing playground equipmentdated back to the 60’s and 70 s and 70’s. Much of it was in disrepair, and because it was so old the parts needed were not even available. Several of the structures had been repaired so many times they were no longer safe for the children to play on.
