The ARPA Board of Directors held their monthly meeting on Wednesday, January 18, 2012.  The Board was honored to have Andy Tobin, Speaker of the House of Representatives, as their special guest.  Speaker Tobin addressed the group with a discussion about growing Arizona, jobs, federal funds as well as answered industry related questions.
