Dave Brown and Jaime Eubanks, MSHA
The ARPA Safety/Transportation Committee meeting on Thursday, August 19th was visited by Dave Brown and Jaime Eubanks from the Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) and Tim Evans with the Arizona State Mine Inspectors (ASMI) office. The committee was grateful to have their attendance and expertise at their monthly meeting. Ben Dorris also provided the committee with a presentation on Guarding Conveyor Belts at Metal and Nonmetal Mines which has been made available by MSHA. The presentation can be found on the ARPA website on the Safety/Transportation Committee page. This is an informative presentation that would add value to any safety program.
