The ARPA Board of Directors meeting on Wednesday, August 18 included a visit by Jon Hulburd, Candidate for Congressional District 3. The third District includes most of North-Central Phoenix as well as the communities of Anthem, Carefree, Cave Creek and Paradise Valley. This district is entirely enclosed by the County of Maricopa, which includes the City of Phoenix. Jon Hulburd has a combined Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and Political Science, a Masters in International Affairs from George Washington University and a law degree from New York Law School. He worked as a clerk for the Federal Court, then joined the law firm of Fennemore Craig, leaving their to run his own business. Jon Hulburd believes in 
supporting businesses, strengthening our education system, securing our border, investing in veteran services and programs, building infrastructure and encouraging growth and water conservation.
