ARPA Partners with the Arizona Mining Association (AMA) |
|
On Thursday, September 17, 2009 ARPA’s Safety & Transportation Committee held a joint meeting with the Arizona Mining Association (AMA). The collaboration of the Associations has proven to be a great asset when considering common issues and goals for both industries. ARPA was grateful to have AMA’s input at this critical safety & transportation meeting. Discussions included initiatives and projects that will be brought to fruition in future joint meetings such as site specific hazard training for transportation, regulatory updates and initiation of other key projects, just to name a few. On behalf of ARPA and its membership, we thank the AMA for their participation in our monthly meeting and look forward to working with them in the near future. |
